What is Fosbu-V ?

Fosbu-V( Sofosbuvir 400mg + Velpatasvir 100mg ) is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with chronic (lasting a long time) hepatitis C (Hep C) genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 infection with or without cirrhosis (compensated). In those with advanced cirrhosis (decompensated), Fosbu-V is used with Ribavirin .

Fosbu-V During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Fosbu-V is not recommended for use during pregnancy. It is also not recommended for men whose female partners are pregnant. It is unknown if Fosbu-V passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
