Return and Refund Policy

At Ravi Medical Store, customer satisfaction and product safety are very important to us. As we deal in medicines and healthcare products, all return and refund requests are handled carefully according to pharmacy safety standards. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. General Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of medicines, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare items, products once sold are generally not returnable or exchangeable.

This policy is followed to protect customer safety and ensure that medicines are not reused, resold, or mishandled after delivery.

Returns or replacements may only be considered in genuine cases where the product received is damaged, expired, incorrect, or has a verified issue at the time of delivery.

2. Eligible Return Cases

A return, replacement, or refund request may be accepted only if one of the following conditions applies:

  • The product received is different from the product ordered.
  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery.
  • The product is short expiry that was not mentioned before dispatch.
  • The parcel contains missing items compared to the confirmed order.
  • The product packaging is unopened, unused, and not tampered with.
  • The issue is reported within the required time period with proper proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used medicines.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Products without invoice or order proof.
  • Prescription medicines without a valid complaint.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Products returned due to change of mind.
  • Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
  • Products no longer needed after dispatch.
  • Items affected by improper storage after delivery.

4. Reporting Time Limit

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

To report an issue, customers should contact our support team and provide order details, photos, and any required proof.

Delayed complaints are difficult to verify and may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.

5. Proof Required for Return or Refund

For proper verification, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order ID or invoice number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the outer parcel and packaging.
  • Batch number and expiry date photos where applicable.
  • Photos showing damage, wrong product, or missing item issue.
  • Unboxing video, if available.
Providing clear proof helps us process the complaint quickly and fairly.

6. Unboxing Video Recommendation

We strongly recommend customers record a short unboxing video when opening the parcel.

This is especially helpful for claims related to damaged products, missing items, wrong products, or tampered parcels.

An unboxing video is not always mandatory, but it can make verification easier and may help resolve the issue faster.

7. Return Approval Process

Submitting a return or refund request does not guarantee approval.

Every request is reviewed by Ravi Medical Store based on product condition, complaint validity, proof provided, and pharmacy safety requirements.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after verification.

8. Replacement Policy

If a complaint is approved, Ravi Medical Store may offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product after customer confirmation or process a refund where applicable.

9. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after verification of the complaint and, where required, after receiving the returned product.

Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days after approval, depending on the payment method and banking process.

For Bank Transfer or online payments, refunds will usually be processed to the original payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be confirmed with the customer after verification.

10. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

If the issue is due to our mistake, such as wrong product, expired product, or damaged product verified at delivery, we may guide the customer regarding the return process.

If the issue is due to customer mistake, incorrect order, incomplete address, change of mind, or refusal after dispatch, delivery or return charges may not be refundable.

11. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

If the customer refuses to receive the parcel after dispatch, delivery charges and courier-related costs may still apply.

12. Damaged or Tampered Parcel

If the parcel appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should take clear photos immediately and contact Ravi Medical Store support.

Customers are advised not to accept visibly damaged or tampered parcels without reporting the issue.

13. Incorrect Address or Customer Unavailability

Ravi Medical Store is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or return charges caused by incorrect address, incomplete contact information, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the parcel.

Customers must ensure that their phone number and delivery address are accurate before confirming the order.

14. Out of Stock or Unavailable Product

If a paid product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, Ravi Medical Store may contact the customer and offer an alternative product, replacement option, or refund.
