Important Tax Notice for Cash on Delivery
Additionally, a 2% withholding tax and 2% sales tax are charged by the Government of Pakistan on the total cash on delivery amount. These taxes are deducted by the courier company from the cash on delivery payment and deposited into the government treasury. Ravi Medical Store has no involvement in this matter.
2. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Your order will be dispatched within our working hours after confirmation.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Within Sindh: 1-2 working days
- Other Provinces: 2-3 working days
- Remote Areas: May take additional 1-2 days

4. Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Pakistan via our partnered TCS and Leopards courier services.
For areas with courier service limitations, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options where possible.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
You can track your order directly through the courier company's website or helpline.
6. Delivery Issues
We dispatch your order promptly after confirmation. While we take responsibility for processing the shipment from dispatch to delivery, courier delays may occur because courier company operations are not fully under our control.
If you experience delays, please contact the courier company's helpline directly using the provided tracking number to file a complaint.
If requested, we can assist by filing a complaint with the courier company.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or customs clearance where applicable.
