1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, medicines are not eligible for return once sold.
However, returns will be accepted if:
The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The packaging is unopened and the product has not been tampered with.
2. Reporting Issues
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us immediately upon receiving the product.
All claims for returns must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products.
Prescription medicines without a valid complaint or damage.
Items without original packaging or invoice.
4. Refund Process
If a return is approved, you may choose between:
A replacement of the same item (if available), or
A refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we verify the returned item.
5. Return Method
Products must be returned to the address provided by our customer support team.
Delivery charges for returns (if applicable) will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
